A stunning & unusual early 20th century architectural cast iron & enamel planter or showpiece. Formerly a small cattle bath/feeder.
Super proportions and cast as one piece with softly lipped edging and raised neatly on curved legs.
This indoor or outdoor, highly decorative and versatile piece has the most wonderful age related wear, displaying much of its original duck egg blue enamelling to the inner whilst showing a wonderful bronzed wash of of patinated colour and texture to the exterior.
Heavy for its size.
Condition: Solid, substantial & fully functional. Original drain hole. Overall superb!
