19th Century Victorian Cast Iron Tavern Table
A great example of a late 19th century Victorian cast iron tavern/pub table, circa 1900. The patinated mahogany top displays a lovely authentic & consistent rich oak colour that can only be achieved through time. The cast iron base with floral and roundel motifs on sweeping splayed legs with strong decorative footings, all connected by a tiered and ornamentally pierced scrollwork platform cast to all three legs.

Condition: Solid, robust & fully functional in great honest original condition. Blunt, blurred or indistinct historical marks or dings. Displays a lovely, later painted stone white colourway. This paintwork has a fair bit of age with only very minor paint loss.
