An impressive 5 tier library stacking bookcase, display cabinet by ‘Simplex’ Circa 1960s. Each tiered modular section features a pair of original glazed sliding doors with access from either end. Due to the modular and portable system, variations can be achieved by adding or taking away sections for a desired look by means of a simple twist and release mechanism that sits neatly and discreetly to the underside top of each tier. Unlike most ‘Globe Wernicke’ type bookcases this one offers the option to house larger books. files or display pieces due to the height and depth variation to the lower tiers.

Solid mahogany construction which is dark oak in colour with lovely hues of lighter honey shades showing through.
