A wonderfully proportioned & substantial Edwardian open armed library chair, very much in the style of Howard & Sons of London. Circa 1910. The armchair, which is set on original brass casters, is extremely comfortable and allows for great posture. The velour upholstery overall is in excellent condition, though there is some marking rather than wear to the seat cushion. This has been picked out in the photographic description. The frame is solid and the springs are strong retaining great form. A superb classic looking chair.
